All players welcome from U4 to U19, every level of play is available. For entry level players, we have the In-House program, for top talent from across the region, we offer multiple state champions, USYS National League P.R.O., Select Club National Showcases, DPL, EA, Desert Conference, with pathways to ECNL & MLS Next and we are the only club in the state with direct ties to both MLS and NWSL Academies. MLS NEXT pathways. Full time an d part time available to all RSL-AZ players with opportunities to train in Tucson. Each pathway varies depending on the player, their ability, needs and commitment level.

Utah Royals Academy pathway: Utah Royals Academy teams, will be playing in the ECNL and ECRL.
