All players welcome from U4 to U19, every level of play is available. For entry level players, we have the In-House program, for top talent from across the region, we offer multiple state champions, USYS National League P.R.O., Select Club National Showcases, MLS NEXT New Tier, DPL, EA, Desert Conference, with pathways to ECNL & MLS Next and we are the only club in the state with direct ties to both MLS and NWSL Academies. MLS NEXT pathways. Full time and part time available to all RSL-AZ players with opportunities to train in Tucson. Each pathway varies depending on the player, their ability, needs and commitment level.

Utah Royals Academy pathway: Utah Royals Academy teams, will be playing in the ECNL and ECRL.
