ELITE PROGRAM
All of our Elite and Advanced teams will have access to the RSL-AZ Developmental Academy philosophy and curriculum. Our goal as a club is to elevate the level of play and coaching across the region by sharing our knowledge of the game. Players in Southern Arizona will be consistently evaluated for opportunities with the club’s elite programs (DA, DPL, ECNL) and for college showcase tournaments and we already have several fulltime RSL-AZ DA players from Tucson. Being part of RSL-AZ allows us to provide access to the very highest levels of youth soccer while maintaining our local roots here in Southern Arizona. Let’s not forget we have the Real Salt Lake in the MLS for men and the Utah Royal FC in NWSL for women.
