MLS NEXT and Elite Academy pathways. Full time and part time available to all RSL-AZ players with opportunities to train in Tucson. Each pathway varies depending on the player, their ability, needs and commitment level.

Utah Royals Academy pathway: Utah Royals Academy teams, will be playing in the ECNL and ECRL.
